The story behind

I have always been passionate about two things: creating beautiful spaces and exploring the beauty of art. As an Interior Design student, I spent years honing my skills in crafting aesthetically pleasing environments. However, my love for cooking has always been a constant companion.

During my time in Sydney, I started on a culinary adventure, tasting noodle soup "Hủ Tiếu" in every restaurant I could find. Yet, none could replicate the unique and comforting flavours of the noodle soup from my homeland, Vietnam. Each bowl left me yearning for the authentic taste I grew up with.

Mission
After 12 years of searching and savouring, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Driven by my passion and a deep desire to share the authentic flavours of Western Vietnam, I opened my own restaurant. My goal is simple: to bring the rich, aromatic, and heartwarming noodle soup from western Vietnam to the vibrant city of Sydney.

Vision
At my restaurant, every bowl of noodle soup is a journey back to the bustling streets and fragrant kitchens of Vietnam. I hope you come and enjoy this special experience with me.
